As a real estate appraiser with over 20 years experience in the appraisal
business I can assure you the quality of my work. We offer quality work with a

relating to the, quality, nature, value or utility of specified interests in
or aspects of real estate. I hold a state of California real estate
appraiser’s license and practice mainly in the Southern California Area.
We do several types of real estate appraisals including but not limited to
commercial, residential, and vacant land.

California constant growth population and development continually drive the
value upward in most areas. There are many factors that play into your real
estate appraisal. These factors influencing value include property use, the
size and condition of improvements on the site and the local real estate
market. For example, in the mid to late 1980's, there was a downturn in
residential values in some parts due to depressed market conditions. In recent
years, however, have seen a resurgence of sales activity that have increased
land and improvement values in most areas.
